Hello, I’m Louise and this is me working my magic at one of our many weddings. Bringing a touch of glamour and style to your wedding is my passion and there is nothing more rewarding than standing back once the transformations are complete and seeing our clients’ eyes light up when they see their vision come to life. Totally in love with chiffon and sparkle, beautiful florals and candles, our collection of props, the best, beautiful silk florals and centrepieces is ever growing. From Rustic Chic to Pure Elegance, setting the perfect ambience for your guests to include a little of your personality is my goal and I treat every one as if it were my own wedding.

The perfectionist in me and creativity comes from my beautiful Mum. A real Spanish lady, brought up on mainland Spain, up in the mountains in a little village called Confrides. There she was taught the skill of embroidery and lace work and even her early pieces of work were so intricate, delicate and just perfect. Every stitch was perfection and even now all she does has to be just so…. Perfecto! Thank you Mama for instilling this trait in me, it never goes un-noticed and is why I have, in some families, styled more than one daughter’s wedding, in one family I styled all 3!

I started my working career in ‘travel’ where I gained organisational skills, thrived on huge responsibility and learned how important customer service is. I decided to follow my dream in creating the perfect settings for couples getting married and set up Lush Occasions in 2007.

I have never been happier and love that I get to use my creativity week in, week out to style beautiful weddings and events and is so wonderful to receive the amazing comments from our clients and their guests. Getting inspiration all the time from the different trends in this country and other countries has me spell bound at times and using the space at my fabulous unit to put my ideas into reality really is amazing. I do love a challenge! From our initial consultation where I listen to your ideas and dreams, colour themes and wishes is where I start to put together your bespoke style. Working with you from this moment to styling your venue on the day, I love every minute!

NEXT STEPS

1. Contact us for a consultation … we will listen to your ideas, your story, wants and likes. Many of our clients share their Pinterest boards with us. We will then have an idea of your theme, feel for your wedding, guest numbers and budget for your decor.
2. We will design a package for your decor and send over a quotation.
3. When you are happy with everything we send over a Proposal for you to sign and pay your £250 deposit.
4. We will have ONE 1-1 consultation at your venue and style a table for you. This can be shortly after you book with us or closer to your wedding day. Further practice set ups will be charged at £95.
5. Six months before your wedding 50% of your decor cost is due less the deposit you have already paid.
6. One month before your wedding your balance is due so please let us know your final numbers and any changes.
7. On the day enjoy a relaxed morning getting ready and look forward to the moment you have been waiting for, to see your vision come to life, your dreams come true. The impressed and wowed looks on the faces of your guests and the tingles of pride and happiness as you look around your venue.
8. Listen to the compliments from your guests about the wonderful experiences they encountered on the day. How impressed they were by that beautiful foliage wall they took photos in front of, and all of your decor. The overall ambience and especially the special little touches and the attention to detail.
9. You’ll be so happy you booked that backdrop for your cake and had your top table styled so beautifully when you watch your video and look through your professional photos. Those ‘cutting of the cake’ photos with that gorgeous backdrop and how special your top table looks while watching back the speeches. These details on your photos and video you will look back on always.
10. We are always grateful for your reviews, photos and testimonials, so if you are happy to share them with us that would be wonderful.
